E-mail quote(s) of the week

Hello Everyone!

Happy September! I really don't have much to share this week. Saturday I worked 13 hours at the farm inn...yes I went back=) I'm happy to be back there and see the people I work with and the "regulars" It seems I'll be working mostly all weekends so if there are things we need to plan for let us know!

Lucy and Lola went to the vet yesterday. Lola had the whole yearly shibang and Lucy had just a few shots and a couple things looked at. Lucy has put on a few more pounds which is frustrating. She also has a strip of hair loss down her tail. We've been so good at our nightly walks and cutting back on her food. The vet mentioned we could take a thyroid test but he thought it would more than likely come back negative for any problem. I think I'll be getting a second opinion. I was wondering if anyone out there has or knows someone who has had reiki or raindrop therapy done to their dog. I'm leaning towards raindrop therapy for now but eventually am interested in both. This fall they are offering classes on how to do both to your pets and am thinking of taking them. This will also give me the opportunity to meet crazy dog lovers like me=)

I'm loving the crisp autumn air and looking forward to the change of season. I've always been strictly a summer girl who likes it hot but as I've gotten a little older I appreciate the change of seasons. I'm looking forward to pumpkins, cornstalks and all the colors autumn brings!

Hope everyone is having a GREAT week!
