Take care of the skin your in

pretty risky

Eliminate all harmful chemicals from your personal-care products. Become a habitual label reader. One simple rule: If you wouldn’t put it in your mouth, don’t put it on your skin (the largest organ in the body, and a very porous surface). Finally, opt for minimal packaging, and use refillable containers whenever possible.

I cannot say that I would but my personal care products in my mouth but I do make concious decisions when buying them..except our generic use of body wash. As I was cleaning yesterday I thought to myself..."most anything I'm using I'd use in food." This made me especially happy when looking out for my babies.
